The Fall River Pirates (Fall River, WI) volleyball overcame the host Antigo Red Robins (Antigo, WI), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Fall River upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Pirates travel to Cambria-Friesland (Cambria, WI) to face the Hilltoppers in a Trailways -West outing on Tuesday, August 29. The Hilltoppers go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Cambria-Friesland lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Brillion (Brillion, WI)

The Red Robins now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rhinelander for a Great Northern outing on Thursday, August 31. Antigo will face a Hodags squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wisconsin Dells (Wisconsin Dells, WI). The Hodags record now stands at 4-2.
