With the win, Aplington-Parkersburg upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to St. Edmond (Fort Dodge, IA) to play the Gaels in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Gaels go into the bout with a record of 0-1. St. Edmond lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Greene County (Jefferson, IA)
