Nebraska High School Volleyball - Bellevue East Beatrice

The Beatrice Orangemen topped the host Bellevue East Chieftains volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Orangemen now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Plattsmouth for a Trailblazer test on Tuesday, August 29. Beatrice will battle a Blue Devils squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, NE). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Bellevue East moves to 0-4 on the year. The Chieftains travel to Gretna (Gretna, NE) to battle the Dragons in a A District contest on Tuesday, August 29. The Dragons go into the contest with a record of 3-4. Gretna lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE)
