The Bourbon County Colonels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Male Bulldogs to 0 in the Colonels non-league victory on Saturday.

The Colonels now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 29. Bourbon County will meet a Flyers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Flyers record now stands at 5-4.

The Bulldogs (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Conner (Hebron, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Conner gained a win over Henry Clay (Lexington, KY), 2-0, in a non-league game.
