The Buford Wolves held off the host Lumpkin County Indians volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Wolves now have a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Buford will confront a Generals team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA). The Generals record now stands at 4-2.

The Indians (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Grovetown (Grovetown, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Grovetown held off Harlem (Harlem, GA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
