The Obion County Rebels topped the host Carlisle County Comets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rebels now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crockett County for a AA District 14 test on Monday, August 28. Obion County will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Oxford (Oxford, MS). The Cavaliers record now stands at 12-4.
The Comets (2-6) will now prepare for their test against St. Mary (Paducah, KY). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, St. Mary gained a win over Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY), 3-2, in a non-league test.
