The Christ the King Gladiators held off the visiting Catalyst-Maria Wolves volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Gladiators now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chicago Hope Academy for a Metro Suburban Blue test on Tuesday, August 29.

The Wolves (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Our Lady of Tepeyac (Chicago, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
