In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Mill Creek Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Clarkston Angoras.

The Hawks (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Mount Vernon lost by Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Angoras encounter the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Clarkston will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Chargers come into the battle with a 11-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over McDonough (McDonough, GA).
