In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting The Webb Schools Gauls volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Covina Colts.
The Gauls (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA). The Dons come into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Sierra Vista achieved victory over Arroyo (El Monte, CA), 3-0, in a non-league match.
With the loss, Covina drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Montebello (Montebello, CA) to battle the Oilers in a non-league match on Saturday, August 26. The Oilers come into the match with a record of 1-2.
