The Polytechnic Panthers volleyball team (Pasadena, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA)

The Falcons (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaminade (West Hills, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Chaminade was nudged by Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) in a Prep challenge, on Tuesday, August 29. Polytechnic will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mayfield (Pasadena, CA).
