The Crockett County Cavaliers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Heritage Academy Patriots to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cavaliers now have a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Starkville for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Crockett County will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Murrah (Jackson, MS). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-7.
The Patriots (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Oxford (Oxford, MS). The Chargers enter the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Oxford gained a win over New Hope (Columbus, MS), 3-1, in a non-league game.
