The Fairfield Tigers volleyball team scored 25 points and limited the visiting Pickens County Tornadoes to 14 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paul W. Bryant for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Fairfield will meet a Stampede team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hueytown (Hueytown, AL). The Stampede record now stands at 0-2.

The Tornadoes (0-3) will now prepare for their game against American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, American Christian Academy defeated Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL), 3-2, in a non-league game.
