The Holy Names Monarchs volleyball team (Oakland, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA)

The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Names (Oakland, CA). The Monarchs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Holy Names was nudged by Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Monarchs meet the Tennyson Lancers (Hayward, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 26. Holy Names will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
