The Keene Chargers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Meridian Yellowjackets to 0 in the Chargers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Chargers now have a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillsboro for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Keene will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Connally (Waco, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 6-12.
The Yellowjackets (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Granger (Granger, TX). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Granger gained a win over Northeast Early College (Austin, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
