The Meek Tigers held off the visiting Leeds Greenwave volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Tigers now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westminster Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Meek will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Randolph School (Huntsville, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Greenwave (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Haleyville (Haleyville, AL). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Haleyville was nudged by West Morgan (Trinity, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
