    The New Hope Indians (New Hope, AL) volleyball tipped the host Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

    With the win, New Hope upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Indians travel to Geraldine (Geraldine, AL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 26. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Geraldine lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Danville (Danville, AL)

    The Golden Bears now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Scottsboro for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 26. Lincoln will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
