The Lions (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Prairie Grove achieved victory over Rogers (Rogers, AR), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Mena Bearcats (Mena, AR) in a 4A West battle, on Tuesday, August 29. Magnolia will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Bearcats come into the battle with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Ashdown (Ashdown, AR).
