The West Union Eagles volleyball team (Myrtle, MS), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS)
The Bulldogs (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Myrtle (Myrtle, MS). The Hawks enter the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Myrtle was dropped by Mantachie (Mantachie, MS), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Pine Grove Panthers (Ripley, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 28. West Union will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS).
