In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Rim of the World Fighting Scots volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Palm Springs Indians.
The Fighting Scots (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Sultana (Hesperia, CA). The Sultans come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Sultana defeated Hesperia Christian (Hesperia, CA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Indians encounter the Orange Vista Coyotes (Perris, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Palm Springs will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Coyotes come into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Tahquitz (Hemet, CA).
