California High School Volleyball - Rim of the World over Palo Verde Valley

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Rim of the World Fighting Scots (Lake Arrowhead, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the host Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets (Blythe, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Fighting Scots battle the Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 26. Rim of the World will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Rams come into the contest with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Norco (Norco, CA).

With the loss, Palo Verde Valley drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets host Brawley (Brawley, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 29. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 5-2.
