The Castro Valley Trojans edged the host Dublin Gaels volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Trojans confront the Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 29. Castro Valley will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
The Gaels (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Carondelet (Concord, CA). The Cougars go into the game with a 2-1 record.
