California High School Flag Football - Moreno Valley thwarted by Summit

August 26, 2024: Fontana, CA 92336

Summit SkyHawks (Fontana, CA) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Moreno Valley Vikings (Moreno Valley, CA), 22-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Summit improves its record to 1-5 on the season. The SkyHawks travel to Jurupa Hills (Fontana, CA) to play the Spartans in a battle on Tuesday, September 24. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 0-2.

The Vikings now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Valley View for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 27. Moreno Valley will play a Eagles team coming off a 27-8 non-league loss to Poly (Riverside, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
