The Battle Ground Academy Wildcats soccer squad scored 6 points and held the visiting Columbia Academy Bulldogs to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.

The Wildcats now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Christian Academy for a D II-A Middle 3 bout on Wednesday, August 28. Battle Ground Academy will play a LIONS squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Franklin Road Academy (Nashville, TN). The LIONS record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Columbia Academy moves to 2-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Middle Tennessee Christian (Murfreesboro, TN) to play the Cougars in a bout on Thursday, August 29. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Middle Tennessee Christian lost 5-2 in their recent non-league bout against White County (Sparta, TN)
