The Morgan Township Cherokees soccer squad scored 11 points and held the host Winamac Warriors to 0 in the Cherokees non-league victory on Monday.
The Cherokees now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Marquette Catholic for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 28. Morgan Township will encounter a Blazers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Hammond Academy of Science & Tech (Hammond, IN). The Blazers record now stands at 2-0.
