The Gibson County Pioneers topped the visiting Peabody Golden Tide volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Dyersburg Trojans (Dyersburg, TN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 27. Gibson County will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Obion County (Troy, TN).
The Golden Tide (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Madison (Jackson, TN). The Mustangs go into the A District 12 game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Madison gained a win over Liberty Tech Magnet (Jackson, TN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
