The Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN) volleyball knocked off the host Union City Indians (Union City, IN), 3-0 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Monroe Central for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 27. Southern Wells will clash with a Golden Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Elwood (Elwood, IN). The Golden Bears record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Union City drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Union County (Liberty, IN) to clash with the Patriots in a Tri-Eastern bout on Thursday, August 29.
