The crowd at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) and the host Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), witnessed Whitney's flag football squad wallop Oakmont by a tally of 35-0.
The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Vista del Lago smashed Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA), 89-0, in a non-league bout.
The Vikings now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Oakmont will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
