In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH) soccer team edged the host Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH), by a tally of 1-0.
Next, the Arrows face the New Philadelphia Quakers (New Philadelphia, OH) in a Ohio Cardinal contest, on Saturday, August 30. Ashland will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Quakers enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to John Glenn (New Concord, OH).
