The Goddard Rockets triumphed over the visiting Valencia Jaguars soccer squad by a margin of 10-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Rockets now hold a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ruidoso for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Goddard will face a Warriors team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
The Jaguars (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Robertson (Las Vegas, NM). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Robertson was overwhelmed by Portales (Portales, NM), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
