Minnesota High School Soccer - Wayzata knocks off Hopkins

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Wayzata Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 win over the Hopkins Royals.
The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their test against St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN). The Minutemen come into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, St. Paul Central edged Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN), 2-1, in a league test.
The Royals now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Blaine for a non-league test on Friday, August 29.
