The James Island Trojans topped the host Lucy Beckham Bengals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Trojans face the Cane Bay Cobras (Summerville, SC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 28. James Island will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Cobras go into the game with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC).

The Bengals (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Landsharks go into the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
