In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Collegiate Cougars soccer squad scored a close 7-0 triumph over the Grove Christian School Falcons.
With the triumph, Collegiate moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars host Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 1-1. Catholic lost 7-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA)
The Falcons now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Fredericksburg Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Grove Christian School will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over The Carmel School (Ruther Glen, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
