In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Glenbard South Raiders soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 win over the Montini Catholic Broncos.
The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Nazareth Academy was overwhelmed by St. Francis (Wheaton, IL), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Broncos confront the St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, August 28. Montini Catholic will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL).
