In Tuesday's league outing, the host Grand Rapids Thunderhawks soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 win over the Proctor Rails.

The Thunderhawks (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Moorhead (Moorhead, MN). The Spuds enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Moorhead was overwhelmed by Buffalo (Buffalo, MN), 6-2, in a league outing.

Next up, the Rails confront the Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN) in a Class A Section 7 test, on Thursday, August 28. Proctor will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Marshall (Duluth, MN).
