In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA) soccer team edged the host North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA), by a count of 1-0.
Next, the Mustangs battle the Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 28. Plum will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA).
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Upper St. Clair was nudged by Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA), 4-1, in a non-league challenge.
