Indiana High School Volleyball - Muncie Burris over Alexandria-Monroe

The Muncie Burris Owls volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Alexandria-Monroe Tigers to 0 in the Owls non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Owls now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Cowan for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Muncie Burris will clash with a Blackhawks team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Lapel (Lapel, IN). The Blackhawks record now stands at 1-3.

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN). The Trojans enter the non-league match with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Tri-Central dropped by Frankton (Frankton, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
