The Liberty Christian Lions held off the visiting Anderson Prep Academy Jets volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Lions now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Indiana School for the Deaf for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. Liberty Christian will play a Deaf Hoosiers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN). The Deaf Hoosiers record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Anderson Prep Academy drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Jets travel to Knightstown (Knightstown, IN) to play the Panthers in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 0-3. Knightstown lost 3-1 in their recent league game against Winchester Community (Winchester, IN)
