Indiana High School Volleyball - Avon bounced by Carmel

Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) and the host Avon Orioles (Avon, IN), saw Carmel's volleyball squad notch a victory over Avon by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Carmel improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Lebanon (Lebanon, IN) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 27. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 5-1. Lebanon lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN)

The Orioles now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Noblesville for a Hoosier Crossroads battle on Thursday, August 28. Avon will encounter a Millers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN). The Millers record now stands at 3-1.
