The Boswell Pioneers volleyball squad (Fort Worth, TX), was defeated 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Birdville Hawks (North Richland Hills, TX)

The Hawks (14-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest (Justin, TX). The Texans enter the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Northwest achieved victory over Keller (Keller, TX), 3-1, in a league test.

The Pioneers now own a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garland for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Boswell will face a Owls squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Owls record now stands at 6-7.
