Ohio High School Volleyball - Elida can't get by Bluffton

The Bluffton Pirates edged the visiting Elida Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Pirates face the Ayersville Pilots (Defiance, OH) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 28. Bluffton will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Pilots go into the game with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Leipsic (Leipsic, OH).

With the loss, Elida drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Shawnee (Lima, OH) to play the Indians in a Western Buckeye outing on Thursday, August 28. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 2-0. Shawnee won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Coldwater (Coldwater, OH)
