Texas High School Volleyball - Borden County ripped by Ropes

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Ropes Eagles (Ropesville, TX) and the visiting Borden County Coyotes (Gail, TX), observed Ropes's volleyball team top Borden County by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wink (Wink, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Wink notched a victory over Pecos (Pecos, TX), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Coyotes encounter the Smyer Bobcats (Smyer, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 6. Borden County will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Bobcats go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Plains (Plains, TX).
