In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Boyle County Rebels volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Southwestern Warriors.

The Rebels (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Taylor County was beaten by Adair County (Columbia, KY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Rockcastle County Rockets (Mt. Vernon, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Southwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Rockets enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY).
