With the win, California Academy of Math & Science improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 6-0. Oxford Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA)

The Panthers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, August 27. Jordan will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-2.
