Texas High School Volleyball - Cushing overwhelmed by Carlisle

The Carlisle Indians topped the host Cushing Bearkats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Indians now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Kilgore for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Carlisle will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Beckville (Beckville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Cushing drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bearkats travel to San Augustine (San Augustine, TX) to confront the Wolves in a non-league game on Friday, August 29. The Wolves go into the game with a record of 0-6. San Augustine lost 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Waskom (Waskom, TX)
