Indiana High School Volleyball - Fort Wayne Northrop tips DeKalb

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins (Fort Wayne, IN) and the visiting DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN), observed Fort Wayne Northrop's volleyball team hold off DeKalb by a tally of 3-2.

The Bruins (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Woodlan (Woodburn, IN). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Woodlan got by Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Barons encounter the Angola Hornets (Angola, IN) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 28. DeKalb will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 4-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN).
