In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Kirtland Hornets (Kirtland, OH) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Edgewood Warriors (Ashtabula, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

The Hornets now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to West Geauga for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Kirtland will confront a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Geneva (Geneva, OH). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-2.

The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Chardon (Chardon, OH). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Chardon notched a victory over Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH), 2-1, in a non-league match.
