Texas High School Volleyball - Jersey Village edged by Fort Bend Austin

The Jersey Village Falcons volleyball squad (Houston, TX), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX)

With the victory, Fort Bend Austin moves its record to 4-15 on the year. The Bulldogs host Cypress Springs (Cypress, TX) to meet the Panthers in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 6-12. Cypress Springs won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Eisenhower (Houston, TX)

Next, the Falcons meet the Bellaire Cardinals (Bellaire, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 29. Jersey Village will attempt to move on its 8-11 season record. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 5-10 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Houston Christian (Houston, TX).
