The The Vanguard School Coursers (Colorado Springs, CO) volleyball held off the host Fowler Grizzlies (Fowler, CO), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Coursers now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Rocky Ford for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 28. The Vanguard School will battle a Meloneers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Swallows Charter Academy (Pueblo West, CO). The Meloneers record now stands at 1-2.

Next, the Grizzlies battle the Manitou Springs Mustangs (Manitou Springs, CO) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 28. Fowler will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Alamosa (Alamosa, CO).
