Georgia High School Volleyball - Paulding County Hillgrove

Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

The Hawks (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Osborne (Marietta, GA). The Cardinals enter the 6A Area 3 challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, Osborne was beaten by Hampton (Hampton, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots face the South Cobb Eagles (Austell, GA) in a 6A Area 3 test, on Tuesday, August 26. Paulding County will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA).
