Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Horizon Christian Academy Warriors (Cumming, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Meadowcreek improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Mustangs host South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA) to face the Comets in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Comets go into the test with a record of 4-11. South Gwinnett won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against McDonough (McDonough, GA)

The Warriors now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanier Christian Academy for a GAPPS DI-AAA Region 2 test on Thursday, August 28. Horizon Christian Academy will face a Lightning squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Fideles Christian (Cumming, GA). The Lightning record now stands at 1-7.
